An experienced attorney with comprehensive capabilities in civil litigation and government contracts, Ms. Aronica has an extensive track record of excellence in work product and client satisfaction. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Kristi has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2005.

Providing reliable legal representation founded on strength of conviction, strategic decision making, and substantive knowledge, she is driven in her commitment to clients and their matters. As a result, Ms. Aronica has had successful outcomes in commercial disputes in both state and federal jurisdictions and has supported a diverse set of companies in their efforts to obtain, protect, and administer millions of dollars in government contracts and assistance awards.

In addition to practicing law, Kristi is managing partner of Weitz Morgan PLLC, where she oversees operations, ethics compliance, and client management. She has published in the field of American literature as well as on U.S./Mexican immigration issues. And, she currently serves on the board of directors and provides legal counsel to a local non-profit assisting individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

Mr. Weitz has more than 30 years representing clients in courtrooms and negotiations throughout Texas and across the country. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 1983 and in Florida since 1988, Mark is an experienced civil and appellate litigation specialist. He is a gifted trial lawyer and litigator with exceptional knowledge of procedure and strategy and a proven track record of success.

With victories at the trial court and appellate levels, Mr. Weitz provides top-level legal representation to clients from diverse industries on matters related to commercial disputes, constitutional law issues, insurance, healthcare, international banking, and government regulation. Dedicated to his client’s cause, Mark’s greatest strengths are his work product, oral advocacy skills, ability to see a matter’s issues from start to finish, strength of conviction, and movement of cases.

Aside from a devotion to the law, Mr. Weitz has been widely published in American legal/constitutional history and military history with a special emphasis on the American Civil War and has held teaching positions at several universities.
